    Hi all,In the last couple of days I've had two BSOD's, quite soon after another.Recently I set my laptop HP Envy i7, Windows 11 Home back to factory settings, reinstalled several programs, and it has been running well Process Explorer 95-100.Besides not being able to enter a name for the downloaded file file explorer, I now also get these BSOD's. I got a hunch something is not OK; what could be wrong?Thanks for your reply.Luc

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys)

    I try to install newest Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers on Windows 10, but get the BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys). I tried drivers from:

    • Intel site
    • Asus (Motherboard manufacturer) site
    • Windows Update

    This error come every time when trying to update the drivers. The Device Manager shows Microsoft generic VGA graphics adapter drivers and Intel drivers cannot be installed. The BSOD comes either while installing or after reboot.

    The system has only Intel's onboard graphics.

    How could I get Intel drivers installed without BSOD?

    BSOD keep crashing randomly: System_Service_Exception (netio.sys)

    I'm using Windows 10. The crash often happens while I'm using Chrome to surf internet.

    The error code was:System_Service_Exception (netio.sys)

    Any help is appreciated.
