Windows 10: Repeating explorer.exe and ucrtbase.dll fault on Windows 10 startup

I keep receiving the following error repeated ever couples seconds for about 1-5 minutes until it finally works. The error does not occur again until I restart it. I've attempted all solutions suggested here and here. So far the only thing that works is reinstalling Windows 10 with my files untouched. That solution only lasts until I get a windows update.To recap, I have:Cleared the quick access cacheRan a clean boot saw no changeReinstalled my display driverSFC and DISMWhile the error is repeating, I can open the file explorer portion of explorer.exe, task manager, and any program I manage

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 7 - Explorer Has stopped Working - SHELL32.dll

Windows 7 - Explorer Has stopped Working - SHELL32.dll

i keep getting this message every time my Explorer has stopped working:






i have tired countless time to replace explorer.exe and shell32.dll from Windows 7 Ultimate x86 with and out Service Pack 1, same result.

Sometimes it comes when i exe timerviewer or some else does it.

Anyone got a fix for this? bcs reinstall doesn't help it comes a week or two after a clean installation and it doesn't matter if i mod explorer, shell32 or uses windows2door.com's unblur for Windows 7 it comes even with stock theme or i change colour and wallpaper.
