    I bought MS office 2019 in Mar 2020. Yesterday I had to restart the laptop because it was getting slow. After the restart was completed, I find I cannot use MS office 2019. The software wants the email and password that I used in Mar 2020. I know both the email address used and the password. But the email address is defunct - it no longer exists. The software is presumably sending a verification code to a "black hole" address....I want to change the email and password in that software to my current login details. I have the product key for this software. How can I change account details thi

    old email addresses

    Thank you for updating me HA.111

    Here is the step to remove that old email address.

    Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

    Just do this step and your good to go.

    Both, as her new Microsoft account and as her primary email address in MS-Outlook 2019 and all MS-Office 2019 applications.

    I'm using Win 7 64bit & MS Office 2007. If you go under contacts everyone is listed, but the address book remains empty & it will not allow you to add anyone, any thoughts?
