Windows 10: Replaced fried motherboard

    Replaced fried motherboard


    Replaced a fried ASUS motherboard with a new MSI PROz90-p board. BIOS shows correct drives and boot order SSD drive first, but only boots into BIOS. F11 during boot shows BIOS as only option. Once it sees the SSD drive, how will I get Windows to activate?

    REplacing motherboard with refurbished motherboard

    Hi Keith,

    to keep license you need to replace motherboard by warranty. Sorry that are the license terms. If this will be warranty replacement please remember technician to do steps necessary for license keeping.

    Motherbord got Fried. replaced it and now Windows 10 wont work

    My motherboard got fried and when I replaced it windows 10 says I need to buy a new key. I have the product key and the USB from my perches of windows 10 but I cant use the code.
