Windows 10: replay button missing in OneNote for windows 10

Hello, the replay button is missing on OneNote for windows 10 version. I downloaded Version 16001.14326.21828.0 from Microsoft store but it occurred to me that this version has no replay button! the question has been asked before by others but yet to have a proper solution from Microsoft! if one wonders as why would the Microsoft people keeps messing around with features in OneNote remains a puzzle ?!

• Select Send to OneNote Tool in the list of items and click the Disable button at the bottom. The status will change to Disabled.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
