Windows 10: Report bug: disable print screen button does not work

Hi,When I navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard en disable the Print screen button, that no longer works. I know this because my snippet tool Lightshot stopped working. When I set Lightshot to use, for instance, BACKSPACE, it works. I can't set it back to Print screen, because pressing the button... makes a screenshot.Can you please fix this ASAP, as I use the snipping tool of my choice a lot for work and this is really something that isn't easy to change in my flow to use a different shortcut.Kind regards,Eelco

Screenshot not working by using the Print Screen button

I have been using a desktop Windows 10 computer, with a Logitech K120 keyboard with a chord. But as the letters have worn off I changed it to a cordless Acer, but since then I haven't been able to use the Print Screen button to bring up the tools for the Snipping Tool & to do a screenshot using the Window key & Print Screen button. The Print Screen doesn't seem to work at all. I can use the shortcut for the Snipping Tool ie Windows + Shift + S, but I still can't take a screenshot. Would it have something to do with the fact the Print Screen button also has Insert on it as well (above)? Do I need to disable the top row of functions somehow to use the Print Screen?

Is there any way to control the options for just this one button as I want to leave my F keys as the default as I use F Keys as hotkeys in some games but I really would like the Print Screen option to be the default for that key.

I have an HP where you can swap the F functions but it all or none. Maybe someone can suggest a Print Screen shortcut or you can use a separate program like Lightshot or Snipping tool for cutouts. Good Luck
