Windows 10: Report possible Microsoft support scam

So I'm reluctantly posting this because it seems impossible to talk to an actual human at Microsoft. I am trying to report a possible Microsoft support scam that appears when searching Microsoft support number on google, and judging by how difficult it is to actually talk to some, it's no wonder people fall for this. My aunt was just scammed by the people at the end of this number and ended up paying them to clean her computer. If this comes up on google as one of the first options, you really must do something to fix this as this is unacceptable.
