    Hi guys,

Reporting that I have had a TCP/IP Driver Blue Screen Error:

I looked at my Windows 10 settings, and I do not have the 'Troubleshooter' option enabled/available:

I would prefer to find a way to manually install the Windows Troubleshooter if possible on this version of Windows 10, or find an equivalent program alternative - if anyone can guide me with this?

I wouldn't know how to fix this problem as it is, although I did run an sfc disk scan which reported that it fixed an error; and ran 2 x DISM checks.

Not confident that this BSOD won't return though. Somewhat feel like it's just waiting to crash again at some point.

I also checked Device Manager's Network Drivers and there was no driver that needed updating.

I have Kaspersky Firewall and antivirus installed. I have not long ago migrated to this software from Avast, because Avast was giving me that ntoskrnl.exe error along with something else that I can't remember the name of. I don't really want to get rid of Kasperky too.

'I had a Windows Update' 2 days ago - This looks a likely culprit - I know where to go into settings to rollback installations if required?

Any ideas for a fix would be much appreciated.

    Thanks, its..

    :)

    BSOD - Registry Error

    Your BSOD code is 0X000000051

Here's the Google search I did for it: https://www.google.com/search?q=0x0...j5.399j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8

There is a hotfix available that might help, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/810558

This thread makes a few good suggestions too: http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-hel...dows-7-pro-sp1-registry-error-0x00000051.html

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

    Run SFC /SCANNOW

    Report back.

    Multiple BSOD errors

    Hi,

I understand you're still facing the issue of BSOD so as to next step in resolving your issue I would suggest you follow the below fixes one by one.

Fix #1: Disable overclocking from BIOS

In order to fix the BSOD errors on Windows 10 systems, make sure the Overclocking feature from your computer’s BIOS is disabled.

To do so, follow these methods to open BIOS.

    Method #1: Complete shutdown

    Switch to login screen

Hold the Shift key while also pressing the Shutdown button

    Select Restart

After your computer restarted, it should open into the BIOS menu automatically:

    Go to Advanced tab

    Go to Performance

    Look for a Overclocking option

    Make sure it’s disabled

    If it’s enabled, disable it

Save the settings and exit BIOS by hitting the F10 key. Choose Yes if you’re asked to exit with saving the changes

    Fix #2: Check drivers

Make sure there are no errors or yellow exclamations marks in device manager

To do so, follow these steps:

Go to search box next to Windows icon

Type Device Manager in the search box

Determine if there are any corrupt drivers installed (any errors reported) from the list of drivers installed. If there are no errors reported in Device Manager, update the software of your most recently installed driver for Display montitors. To do so, expand
Monitors & right-click on the list of devices shown under and click Update Driver.

Fix #3: Run chkdsk or Windows Memory Diagnostic

To troubleshoot if the BSOD is caused by failing hard drive or memory, you can run the following tools:

    chkdsk

    Windows Memory Diagnostic

To run chkdsk, follow these steps:

Press the Windows and C keys to open Charm Bar

Type cmd in the search box

Right-click on Command Prompt from the results list

    Click Run as Administrator

Once Command Prompt has loaded, type:

    chkdsk C: /f

Replace C: with the letter of the drive where your Windows is installed.

To run Windows Memory Diagnostic, follow these steps:

Press the Windows and C keys to open the search box from Charm Bar

Type Windows Memory Diagnostic in the search box

Click on Windows Memory Diagnostic from the search results list

Continue with the Windows Memory Diagnostic wizard to complete the process and wait for the results
