Hi!


I got a steering wheel and forza horizon 4 for christmas, but i have an issue with Forza.

I cannot download it and i really want to play it with my new wheel.

Plus i can't check updates it says "There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x80070424"


So if anybody could help me then i would appreciate it really much.

• Did you make any recent changes prior to the issue?
• What is the make and model of your PC?
• How are you connecting the TV to Computer?

Lets try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
and check if the issue persists.

• Press Windows Key +R, type Control Panel, hit Enter.
• Type Troubleshooting in the search box and select
  troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.
• Follow the On Screen steps and check if it helps.

Step 2: I suggest you to update the drivers from the device manager
and check if it helps.
