Windows 10: reports: Destination host unreachable

In a company i am having problem with 1 IP when trace this IP with the tool of windows tracert. With the rest IP is not exist this problem:Tracing route to DESKTOP-04u1238123 [192.155.1.23] over a maximum of 30 hops:1 <1ms <1ms DESKTOP-04u1238123 [192.155.1.23]Trace complete.

What's up with "Destination host unreachable" from my own IP?

I would suggest that while your internet was dying, sometimes your machine couldn't even get the request to your router (hence your IP-Address returned in your Destination host unreacheable) and sometimes it went through the router to the endpoint, but you couldn't get any response back, hence the Request timed out.

Network issues-Can't connect to internet, but connected to wifi

Windows 10 wireless card cannot ping local network: "Destination host unreachable"

I have Windows 10 running on a PC I built within the past month. I've had no trouble with the wifi until today. My wireless appears connected but I can't ping any location except localhost.

I've gone through a bunch of ipconfig steps, rebooted the router and the PC, uninstalled/reinstalled the network drivers, etc.

When I ping another machine on my local network, I see:

I've tried to release/renew the ip, I've thrown net stop/start in the middle, but I'm still assigned the same IP every time.

No other computer on my network has this problem.

Setting a static IP on the windows box (confirmed with ipconfig) results in the same message as above, just with the new IP.
