Windows 10: REPOST: Screen flickering issues since updating to Windows 11 Home.

This is a repost as the original post was locked and I cannot reply to it. Hi,I have a HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce3xxx and I have been having screen flickering issues since December of last year 2022.Every time I start my laptop it works fine but when I try moving the mouse the screen flickers on and off or just goes completely black. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the display drivers and trying to find an updated display driver there isn't one and nothing has worked. I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

Screen flickering can be caused by hardware or application issue.

• Is the issue only happening in Safe Mode?

Screen flickering after Updating the essential updates for windows 11, 12 Jan, 2023

Could someone please help me to fix the Screen flickering issue on Windows 11 after updating the "Windows update"?

The whole screen is now flickering after the update. Before the only part that is flickering is the bottom part but now the whole screen is flickering.
I already tried the Windows help options to fix he issue, but unfortunately the steps did not fix the issue.

Please let me know how to fix this
