Windows 10: Reques a refund

I requested a refund and a cancellation for my Subscription on June 26, 2023. At that time, the service rep said he could not see the charge on my account becuase the charge just took place that day. I have not used the product at all and was charged the $99 that day. I would like a refund for the product please.
