Windows 10: request Fixlist FRST64

I download FRST64. i need fixlist

windows security doesn't open and i get "Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app"

First, apply the Fixlist to remove malware from the computer. Follow these steps:

• Download FixList.txt
  
• Save Fixlist.txt in the same folder where FRST64.exe is.
  
• Launch FRST64.exe and click "Fix".
  
• Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.
  

The next step is to fix Defender.

Perform the steps listed under the section "Step 2: Repair/Restore the Windows Defender Service" in this article.

(Note: you need to import the REG file as TrustedInstaller, as described in the article.)

That should take care of the issue.

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. I suggest you read over this excellent tutorial and try all of its steps: [Solved] Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) for Windows 10 - Driver Easy. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.

True core and memory clock on my GFX...what should I trust?

i have the list of nvidia core and shader steppings if you like, it shows the requested clockspeed versus the effective clockspeed.
