Windows 10: Request for Assistance with BitLocker Recovery Key for D Drive

I recently formatted my laptop, and now my D drive is locked by BitLocker. Unfortunately, the recovery key is not showing up in my Microsoft account, and I am unable to access the drive.I have checked my Microsoft account, but I couldn’t locate the recovery key for the D drive. Could anyone assist me in retrieving the key or provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?I would appreciate any help or suggestions to get my drive unlocked.

If you want to stop the BitLocker Encryption Service, you need to decrypt it firstly.

To retrieve your BitLocker recovery key, you can follow the steps in Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows - Microsoft Support.

Then you can disable BitLocker for that drive. To do this, go to Control Panel > Bitlocker Drive Encryption > Turn off Bitlocker for the 'D' drive.

Important:

• If you are unable to locate the BitLocker recovery key and can't revert any configuration change that might have caused it to be required, you’ll need to reset your device using one of the Windows recovery options. Resetting your device will remove all of your files.
  
• Microsoft support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.

2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

BitLocker Recovery Key request

Have found my BitLocker Recovery Key and input. All good. Turn off Surface Pro3 and then turn on again and the request for the BitLocker Recovery Key comes up again? Why does this continue to come up?
