Dear Microsoft Support Team,I am writing to request assistance with retrieving my BitLocker recovery key for my Microsoft account.On April 10, 2024, I requested a replacement of my security information. It was supposed to be updated by May 10, 2024. However, I am still unable to access certain sites that require a security code, despite it being May 10 today.I urgently need access to my account and the associated services. Have found my BitLocker Recovery Key and input. All good. Turn off Surface Pro3 and then turn on again and the request for the BitLocker Recovery Key comes up again? Why does this continue to come up?

4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?
