Windows 10: Request for Downgrading from Windows 11 Pro to Windows 10 LTSB

Hello, we are upgrading our machines that currently have Windows 10 LTSB operating systems, and we are purchasing new machines that come with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. I absolutely need to install the Windows 10 LTSB version on these machines. Is this downgrade possible? Can the same license key from Windows 11 Pro be used for the LTSB version? People who don't need Edge, Store, and all those bloated W10 apps can get Windows 10 Enterprise ltsb. Ltsb is a "clean" Windows 10 edition plus you have all Enterprise functionality. Because it's stripped from all that bloatware it installs and boots faster than Pro version. Unfortunately ltsb is more expensive

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 pro downgrade from Windows 11 Pro without installing Windows 11 First

I work for a system integrator and we have clients that cannot move to Windows 11. Their software requirements are still Windows 10 and with Windows 10 going EOL, we are left with downgrading. Seems like the typical process is to install Windows 11 and Activate, then do the downgrade within Windows to 10.

On the IoT side, we have a OEM Windows key that allows us to downgrade without having to go through the process above. Meaning that the Key on COA is a newer sku (example Windows 10 LTSC 2021 IoT Enterprise) and installing Win10 IoT Ent 2016 LTSB onto the system. The 2021 LTSC key will not activate the 2016 LTSB system. Microsoft provide my company with an OEM Key to activate all of the 2016 LTSB systems. As long as the 2021 LTSC Key on COA is on the system, the system is licensed properly.

Is there a similar OEM Windows Key that will work with OEM Windows 10 Professional installations? Best case scenario is buy an OEM Windows 11 Professional key, install OEM Windows 10 Professional media and activate systems with a single key compatible with Windows 10 Professional.
