Windows 10: REquest for single-use codes

I have been receiving emails regarding requests for single code for our account. I just checked with my husband, and neither one of us has asked for these codes. Who do I need to alert so that it can be checked to see who and how these codes are being asked for .Thank you,Yvonne Apilado
