Windows 10: "Requested resource is in use" error

So, I tried to move some photos from my android device to my computer. I move videos like that frequently with no problems, but now I got the error message "Requested resource is in use" and I can't move it.

I don't have the preview pane on. Some people said that disabling it will help, but it was already disabled. I need help fastly because it is for the school project.

necessary boot into Safe Mode to download the scanner or use another computer, put the EEK file on a flash drive and insert the flash drive in the infected computer...you can run the scanner from the flash drive. Other scanners that may help with this issue

"Resources Already In Use" Error

"The requested resource is in use."

Last month my AVG stopped working with the error message, "The requested resource is in use."

I stopped using it because I couldn't find a way to make it work and instead switched to Windows Defender because none of the other virus protection applications would have a successful install. This worked for a month and when I booted my computer today,
it had informed me that no antivirus software were running at the moment. I clicked the HP popup and trued to boot Windows Defender. This time I gotten a familiar error message, "the requested resource is in use."

I'm certain that a virus is creating this problem. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Also, here's a suspicious program that keeps changing it's application name but the file name and directory stay the same.

I've traced it from Task Manager and most recently tries to pass off as a windows program. (Windows Process Manager)
