Windows 10: requesting a refund

Dear Concerned, I do not need Microsoft 365 and did not realise but I was charged 5000 rupees on 17th june and would like to request a refund as I do not use it and I am a student and this money means a lot to me. Kindly look into the matter for me. Thank you. Ritie Rajaswi

For Software Products, the days can be up to 30.
