Windows 10: Requesting refund on Windows 11 purchase online

Purchased Windows 11 but unable to install on my computer. Decided to purchase different computer in local store as opposed to installing Windows 10 in my old computer Requesting refund of $139 on my purchase on 12/27/2022

How to request a refund for something I purchased from Microsoft Store?

I did, there is NO option to refund or even request a refund all around my account .. I searched for hours ..

All I get a chat with a silly virtual assistant .. she can't get what I need ..

I can't chat with a real person .. and I can't even send an email to a certain department that can help with refund request

 

Refund for accidental purchase

If your app/game was purchased within the last couple weeks, you should be able to request a refund.

Sign into your MS account - account.microsoft.com - Payment and Billing - Order History - Find the app you want a refund for and there should be a “request a refund” option.
