Windows 10: Research only in the local computers

Discus and support Research only in the local computers in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Hi In Windows 10 v1511, when I type a word in the Start menu, how can I set Windows in seeking only in the local computers?     Research and luck. I don't have any easy answers here - this kind of stuff is potentially easier on the local system which is why your local computer store would probably find this easier.

    Microsoft Windows Vista Displays "Local Only" in the Network and Sharing Center

    Phone is a new Nokia Lumia 920 (Windows Phone 8).

    Laptop is running Vista. WiFi is on and connects to the phone. However, the Network and Sharing Center displays "Local Only".
