    lam a small seller on ebay Germany of spare parts for phones and I would also like to sell activation keys for windows 10/11, but when I tried to sell after about 4 days received an email from the Microsoft department anti-piracy and they told me that I do not respect intellectual property rightsthe windows keys were purchased from an authorized Microsoft reseller . I would like to know if I want to sell Microsoft products on ebay, do I have to become a Microsoft reseller partner or not? or why was I contacted by Microsoft anti-piracy?P.S: I was selling the windows keys with 5,99 eur mayb

    No, it's not legal - and chances are any "key" offered on eBay isn't legal (legitimate) either.

    It is illegal to use or resell these keys, they are not legit, they belong to the company/organization that purchased them . . .

    Windows 10 Pro cost a minimum $199.00

    An upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro costs $99.00

    There is no way the keys you are seeing on Ebay are legit in any shape or form, whether it be for personal or reselling . . .
