Windows 10: Reseller License

Hi,We are an Indirect Reseller with Microsoft CSP and have also partnered with TechData and Ingram Micro US. We are looking forward to reselling Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Office 2019, Office 2021 licenses on our website. TechData and Ingram Micro US are our distributors.We are using PayPal to charge our customers. Now, PayPal needs a Reseller License as proof to see that we are authorized to resell these products on our website.TechData and Ingram Micro have no clue about this. I have been over the call with them for hours, with no solution. Please help how exactly, can I obtain this licen

Volume Licenses Reseller

I want to resell volume licenses, i trying register but i struk on step of Open Authorization and License Number, actually don't know how to get this number,

OEM Licensing

Hi there,

We are system builders, deploying lots of devices that are running Windows 10.

Currently, we must obtain OEM licensing from a reseller, and require being sent a USB for each licence we require.

We would like access to the facility to:

• Purchase Windows licenses for resale in bulk at a discount
• Deploy with OEM tools
• Access the licences easily, without having to purchase through another reseller or require USB drives being sent out to us

I have spent a very long time searching through the Microsoft Partners website, as well as reading through forum posts.

I've come across 1 useful post reply from a Microsoft rep that links to all the requirements and certifications of becoming a licence reseller, however the post reply was from 2007, and all the links are broken.

Can anyone please advise:

• Certification requirements of becoming authorised to resell Microsoft licenses
• What method of managing license keys/purchasing is available to these resellers.

Can I resell Windows 10 license OEM?


As mentioned, if that OEM version of Windows 7 10 has already been installed and activated, it is not transferable to another PC. You can not legally resell it. OEM licenses are non transferable.
