Windows 10: reset acer aspire z1 621g 21.5" touchscreen n wish help setting it up fully n properly

I mastered pen n paper yet playin ketchup now to 21st century tech which I am 100% ignant n have hard reset acer aspire z1 621g n attempting to set it up fully n properly for instructional tutorials n voice usage yet keep getting cant connect right bandwidth on hotspot I got from library any help out there I could use a knowledgeable

Is there any way to put the files that are on my desk top (the acer) on to the reset laptop easily?

Hi,

I have a Acer Aspire Z1-621g and my Asus notebook crashed and I had to re-set it back to the factory settings. Is there any way to put the files that are on my desk top (the acer) on to the reset laptop easily? I really am not computer savvy (I'm a therapist)
so please don't bother if it's complicated, and I appreciate your time.

hdmi cable to tv,, no display now.. HELP?

The HDMI port on the Acer Aspire Z1-621G is an INPUT port NOT an output port. In other word's you can not use it to hook up a TV to use as a second monitor but you CAN use it to hook up a DVD or Blu-Ray player and use the screen as a display for them. You
could also hook up a Dish or Direct TV or Cable box which has a HDMI port to display the output on the screen as if it was a TV. In fact, I am writing this while using my Acer V3 laptop which I have hooked to my Z1, using the display on the Z1 has my working
display. When you are connected this way, you can either display the Z1 screen or the input from the HDMI port, but not both at once, though you can switch back and forth between them.

I have an all in one acer aspire Z1 621G touchscreen, I have hooked up HDMI cables several times to my tv and its always worked until I purchased this Acer and when I plug in hdmi cable to tv it just says no signal and no display, it works if I plug hdmi
to another computer like my laptop but not my tv. ive changed screen resolution and that doesn't help .My tv is a vizio 60 " if that helps but I don't think its the tv since my laptop connects to it with hdmi just fine?
