Windows 10: Reset and password issues

I have reset a Windows 10 completely and used a local account during set up. Now I have forgotten that password. I started resetting again by following the instructions shift + restart, followed by selecting to remove everything during reset. But the reset was interrupted by closing the laptop. It continued to 100% later. But it still asks for the password of the local account from previously. Also, trying to reset again does not work. There is an error message: Problem resetting to original settings. Accessing the cmd does not work either, as it asks for the forgotten password. Does anyone
