Windows 10: Reset and reinstalling

I have some questions please answere them...Reinstalling windows with Cloud reinstallation option in reset or bootable pendrive microsoft media creation tool : 1 which is more effective or good?2 Are both the method same?Cause in cloud installation it takes files from Microsoft server so that should be clean too I guess!3 If both are not same then will cloud reinstall windows will resolve my corrupted windows,blue screen smiely face and all?4 Will cloud reinstall make my windows good as new?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Reset / Reinstall Failue

Thanks Robert, I'm afraid that didn't work. I followed the instructions however when I followed the final step the update failed, said, cannot as another update is already in progress. Using any of the reset/reinstall methods still result in the same error.
Also, one more to add to the list, PMP detected fatal error, hoever the other two are more frequent.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
