Windows 10: Reset children account password

Hi,My son lost doesn't remember password to his account and now it is locked. This account was only used for Minecraft for PS4 - no emails sent. Is there a way to reset password for this account as a member of family?I was trying submitting form for recovery of account but I can't provide much information there - I have only gamertag and account details name, birthday

Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.

• Type your current password, then type a new password and type it again to verify.

If you going to use a password make a new Account without a password so if you need to get back in your computer if you can.
