    Reset computer to factory reset, now i can't connect to the internet, run troubleshooting...


    I have an HP touchsmart PC, over 10yrs old, was using it fine to watch movies and browse the intenet but suddently it kept on crashing. Then it gave me the option to reset computer to factory reset and i did, but now i can't connect to the internet even though i am connected to my home wifi, i did a troubleshooting test and it says couldn't identify the problem. Everything works fine except internet.
