Windows 10: Reset failure

I’ve just done a reset on my Laptop but the battery died when it got to about 55% and now I’ve plugged it back in it just switches on starts loading and then completely switches off again and it’s been doing this continuously now for a while how do I fit it please?

• Press Windows key
• Hold Shift key then click Restart
• You'll be prompted to the Advance Startup Options
• Select Troubleshoot
• Advanced options
• Startup repair

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Windows 10 Store, Microsoft Edge, and Cortana Failure

If you have store issues kindly check the Time Zone settings and the system locale and the Time set.

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search box
  and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.
