Windows 10: Reset Hello

I am trying to repair my Hello functionality. I am running Windows Preview 22621, and for no reason the system was corrupted when I shutdown one night two weeks ago. I could boot OK but it never loaded properly with, I think, Windows Explorer constantly crashing and restarting. The desktop would disappear and flash, then repopulate. The taskbar was empty and it had 100% CPU usage. sfc /scannow and DISM restoreHealth ran OK, but there were lots of CHKDSK errors which didn't correct. After booting into safe mode and turning lots of stuff off, I tried the Dell diagnostics, which reported a fail

I THINK MY PC RESET IS FROZEN?

To help you resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the instructions below:

Power cycle your device. Here are the steps:

• Force shutdown your computer by pressing and holding the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds.
• Remove all the attached cables for 2 minutes then put them back on.

If the same thing happens, we suggest that you perform the reset again.

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

WHEN WILL MICROSOFT HAVE UPDATE FOR WINDOWS 10 SOLITAIRE COLLECTION TO RESET STATISTICS?
