reset HP laptop to factory with windows 11 from cloud it has been at 99% complete for about 18 hours is this normal and if not how do i fix it?-reset from system menu-used option to completely remove all items and clean drive-chose install from cloud option

Hi, I'm trying to do a factory reset of windows 11 with the cloud download options active. The download goes on till 99% or 100% and than it stops there. Any solution?
