Windows 10: Reset in any game, error 10016, very high temperatures, why?

hi, i have a problem with 6700k, cooling is custom water,what's wrong with those temperatures? water is at 30-35 *, the problem is that in any game in a few seconds since it opens it remains stuck pc, drastically increases processor temperature to 80+, and it remains stuck until I restart



The error I find in Event Viewer is:

• 10016
