    reset laptop now cant use word/ powerpoint despite using the same email log in


    reset my laptop as it was in a boot loop using keep my files and local reinstall, now the email associated with this laptop is unchanged and despite my word files being on my laptop i cant edit them without being asked for a product key. The reset reinstalled windows 10 but why cant i use word even though i have singed in with the same email, i bought it from a retailer to only use once on this pc so why is it asking me for a product key any help? i have also lost all of my google book marks which is a bit annoying but not as much as not being able to access word .....

    I cannot open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint

    I am working in Windows 10 home version 1909.
    Can not afford an upgrade.
    My Office files are old, dont know what version.
    Cant remember how I updated this laptop to Windows 10 months ago.
    PROBLEM:
    I can not open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
    I looked for my Windows old file as suggested, and it IS gone.
    Haveing a small breakdown, will step away and return in a few...ANY DIRECTIONS AND ANSWERS WOULD BE GREAT!!!!!! PLEASE WRITE THEM IN STEP BY STEP FORMAT. Thankyooouuuuuuuu!
