Windows 10: Reset local password help needed

Hi,Hope this finds you all well and thanks for clicking on my link. I've not quite found what I need. I'll keep it short with the facts as I'm conscious of repeating the same question.I have two users on my laptop: work and personal Personal= adminI can't remember my personal password I can only login to my work user account I don't have a password reset discWork profile doesn't have a 'create password reset disc' optionI tried the reset option on the login screen butOnly my personal account appears I'm prompted to enter the password to proceed with the reset but I can't remember it which is

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and reset the password for the local account and check.

  Login in to your Microsoft account.

  Press Windows logo key + X key.
  
• 
  Select Computer Management.
  
• 
  Click on Local user and group.
  
• 
  In the right window pane, double click on user’s folder.
  
• 
  Right click on local user account and select set password and follow the on screen instructions.

Cannot access my User Account on local machine but can access Admin account. Need help finding password but NOT reset it as it will delete saved data.

If you reset the local account password it will not delete the Saved data.

I suggest you to back up the saved data and files from the admin account and try to reset the password and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below to reset the password.

• 
  Click on Reset Password.
