Windows 10: Reset my computer and downloading windows

Hello,

I reset my computer then the Windows 10 download started. The download progress is 64% but the PC keeps restarting again and again with no more progress made (the progress screen appears for a second then the PC restart again).

Can you help me with this?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
