Windows 10: Reset my PC and now my PC won't shut down properly

Hi, so I reset my PC and a couple things seem to have broken. For example my audio jacks no longer work though I've been making do with using bluetooth instead. I've gone on my mobo's website and reinstalled all their drivers. Right now my biggest annoyance is that if I shut down my PC the fan revs up and stays revved up for no reason and the lights stay on for hours and probably for ever if I forget about it. All night. When I come back to my pc I find that hitting the power button doesn't work. What I have to do is hold down the power button to long enough to actually shut down the pc prop

But without trying it I can say that any of that won´t work. I cant do any of this, because I only can use mouse or keyboard and because the PC won´t shut down properly.

Volume Mute Light won´t change color

Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
Enter your windows logon password.
You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
Click resetting this PC.
It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.
