Windows 10: Reset my pc onedrive wont open

I did a reset through local files and then after it turned back on, Internet didn't work, one drive doesnt open or let me sign in, all of my previous files are still here but there is also a bunch of files in code format that I am unable to do anything with and are having me repeat the run as administrator process.

Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to try the below if not yet tried:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press
  CTRL+Shift+ESC.
• Click File > Run New Task.
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”.
• Type CMD.
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:

  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
  

6. Close the CMD window.

Check to see if the issue is resolved.

Step 2: I suggest you to create a test user account on your computer and check if the issue persists on that account.

This will let us know if your current user account is corrupted.

Follow:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select User Accounts, click on
  Manage another account.
  
• 
  Select Add a new user in PC settings, click on
  Add someone else to this PC and follow onscreen instructions.

OneDrive not running - reset won't work - how to get latest version?

Thanks for the suggestion.
The reason why I wanted to do a reset or re-install is to indeed get OneDrive in that list. Currently it isn't.

 

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.
