    Hej I just sold a pc, and did a rest of the pc. i did that trough settings and then chose the full reset with everything deleted. it went fine until we had to login with a Microsoft acc. we tried, but it would not let us go on further. we can login on the mail on other pcs, but on the pc i sold we can not. we are on the add a Microsoft acc. it says the acc does not exist but, as stated earlier we can login to it on another pc. what to do? i tried to uploade pictures, but it looks like the dont want to show
