    Forgive me as I am not that great with computers or pcs, but I have tried resetting my pc, I went into settings and did it how I read on google, now my computer is restarting every 10 seconds and when it turns on it comes up on the screen saying it’s installing and it’s jumps between 64% and 68%, I have tried hard setting my pc, multiple times, unplugged the router, cleaned inside the pc, searched every where on Google and still can’t find the problem, can anyone help?

Click below to reset your PIN.” So I click below then it says I need internet connection to reset my PIN, however I can only select Airplane mode as nothing else appears in the internet section....
