Windows 10: Reset of Win11 keep asking for Microsoft credential sign in or "defaultuser0" password.

l have a Dell Area51 system running Windows 11 that I am giving to one of my kids. It came originally with Windows 10 pro and was qualified for the upgrade to 11 which I did when 11 came out. It has the latest 22h2 and all Microsoft and OEM patches. I am unable to get past windows sign in after doing a reset.I did a reset to remove all personal data and specified that the reinstall be done using windows 11 on the system and not from the cloud. After rebooting I was asked about the language, keyboard, upgrades and was then asked to supply the Microsoft login. The only possibility sign in

Before sign-in, ask defaultuser0 password, how to fix this problem, I never use password ,and no password,unable to sign-in,unable to log-in

Is credentials manager asking for a Windows password or Microsoft account password?

I never sign in to windows and have never, as far as I know, had to give a windows password.

I am trying to see my passwords in credentials manager but it asks for my credentials.

I have tried my laptop (serial?registration?) number, my Microsoft password and my email address. I have also tried 'Administrator'. and my account name (as written on my laptop). None work.

I cannot even find where to reset my windows password.
