Windows 10: Reset passcode for Windows login

Sent laptop in for service and now my passcode doesn't work.

A quick question before we proceed.
1. How did you reset your password?

I suggest you to use the OSK( Onscreen keyboard) from the easy access icon located in login screen .

• 
  Click on the Ease of access button in the right bottom corner of the login screen.
  
• 
  Select On-Screen Keyboard.
  
• Now enter password with On-Screen Keyboard and check.( Try both old and new passwords)

Note: Press the eye icon after typing the password in login screen to check if has typed proper password.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
