    Reset PC But Cannot Designate Where Files Will Be Stored


    Just did a reset from a new downloaded copy of W10. Before the reset I had no problem designating the E drive as the storage location for new documents. After the reset, it says I don't have control, even though I've set permissions for all listed users. Help please!

    Why did you delete them?

    It wasn't working for me, set up as live tile but not updating the picture. I then went to featured app in the store as you suggested, then ran wsreset and it started working.

    Was that your steps? I did read them but I forgot what they are now and I seem to have only done 2 steps.

    We suggest that you reset the Windows Store and see if it resolves the issue. To reset Windows Store, follow the steps below:

    • Press the Windows key + R to open the Run window.
    • Type the following command:
      • wsreset.exe

    • Wait for it to finish, then restart your PC.

    I'd like to know if there's a way of listing all the files stored in my hardware and arrange them by size, because I want to keep track of what's on my hard drive. Thanks, I hope you answer.
