Windows 10: RESET PC, BUT WINDOWS DIDN'T RE-INSTALL

RESET PC, BUT WINDOWS DIDN'T RE-INSTALLI opened my laptop and it showed the blue screen with choose an option. Continue Troubleshoot Turn off you PCI followed Microsoft instructions about this but I ended up resetting the laptop because the other solution didn't work. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/surface-shows-choose-an-option-screen-84e2cbba-f028-43ff-8df1-0016dc340f3fafter the reset, I clicked on Continue. But it just turned black and go back to the “Choose an Option”.What should I do? Please help me!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
