Windows 10: Reset PC does not work to address 0xc000021a blue screen problem

Discus and support Reset PC does not work to address 0xc000021a blue screen problem in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have today had a problem with my PC whereby I get the blue screen with error message 0xc000021a.     Reset PC does not work to address 0xc000021a blue screen problem


    I have today had a problem with my PC whereby I get the blue screen with error message 0xc000021a. I have tried repairs, not working, just loops back to same screens. So I tried reset the PC to reinstall windows. Doesn't seem to do anything, I just end up back on same blue screens after the PC attempts to start up and repair. I dont have DVDs/USB for reinstalling Windows, won't load from Cloud. Can't get past any blue screen at all. Any ideas?
