Windows 10: reset\restore laptop

hi, im having trouble resetting my windows 10 laptop, its a fujitsu originally came with windows 8 i think.

im trying all the methods ive seen online. it will begin to reset but after 30% it will say undoing apps or programs cant mind exactly.

tried command method and it didn't work. ive already put the stuff i want into a external HD, my laptops just full of rubbish and i want a fresh start, and help appreciated

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop


Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!

Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect


In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.

1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination
   
   
   
4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
5. Boot up with your new HD.
