    I wanted to reset my pc today and I have chosen clean drive, all drives. Resetting this pc went quite quick but now it is a 34% for about an hour. I am using an asus rog laptop, should I wait is this ok?

    Reset stuck at 34%

    I started a PC reset and it has been stuck on 34% for almost 2-2.5 hours.

    The laptop I am resetting is an Acer Aspire 5 with a dual SSD and HDD (128 SSD and 1Tb HDD) with 8 GB of RAM and an I7 intel processor

    Is it normal with these specs to be stuck on this?

    Also, is there something I can do to stop it without corrupting windows, files, etc?

    Hi Harrison

    Has that reset been running for 2 - 2.5 hours or stuck on 34% for that time?

    It would be best to give that another half an hour to see if the percentage increases . . .

    If that percentage still has not increased, then you will have no choice, press and hold the Power Button on your PC fro 5 - 10 seconds to perform a hard shut down

    Wait a couple of seconds, then start your PC up again, that reset should then roll back, this will take time, but should get you back into your PC . . .

    Hi PRABHATMEENA

    Please give that more time, resetting Windows can take a lot of time, give it another 30 minutes, to see if that percentage progresses

    If it is still stuck on 34% after another 30 minutes, you will have no other option but to press and hold the Power Button on your PC for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down, then restart your PC and it should either complete the reset or roll back the
