Windows 10: Reset this computer

So Im trying to reboot my windows 10 laptop and i can get to this screen just fine

but whenever I click get started nothing happens. So I tried doing it another way to see if I could get a message telling me what was wrong and a message saying: "The instruction at 0x00007FFFE01D2BA6 referenced memory at 0x0000048BBB9ED9D8. The memory could not be read" Also I have tried doing the shift restart keys that also doesnt work If you need anymore information to help me just ask. Any help is needed, Thanks in advance

Under Recover Options, one option is "Reset this computer." Is this the same as "Upgrade computer" in Media Creation Tool?

The Upgrade this PC now option in Media Creation Tool lets you upgrade your computer to Windows 10. Using this option will also result in a fresh installation of Windows on your computer.

I already tried this and when I click on Reset this pc it just restarts my computer, it doesnt go any farther than reset my pc

 

In that case, you could do a clean install of Windows 10 with a Windows 10 installation USB.
