Windows 10: Reset to factory settings and now keyboard and mouse won’t work.

Hi,I purchased 2nd hand computer was all working fine untilI reset factory settings. Now when it restarts and ask’s for country and details the mouse and keyboard don’t work.I have followed all instructions on here to try and enter safe Mode to install them but it comes up with error saying “Windows can not complete installation in safe mode”.Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this. Iv tried all of the different USB ports .Thanks

how to reset keyboard and mouse settings

hello

so i was looking at the settings and i accidentally changed the mouse pointer.

and now it looks like the windows xp mouse

and same time my keyboard was working correctly but after that now the numbers in the right of the keyboards when ever i want to write a number using these number it start to highlight

so my question that is there any way that i can reset mouse and keyboard to factory settings ?

Mouse and keyboard doesn't work after reset to factory settings

I recently got a computer from my sister and being nice i reset it back to factory settings this way none of her personal info was available. After the system wipe when I'm asked to put in my timezone and everything, my mouse and keyboard don't work, they
are both connected via usb port and the keyboard lights up but other than that i get nothing.
