    Reset WIN 10


    I was given a win 10 laptop which has a user account on it but the password is unknown. Former employee left I cannot get the system to reset. When I select the option to reset and remove all user files and data, the system still asks for the key from the microsoft windowsazure site, just the same as when resetting using a known key.How can I get the system reset, either wiping the user files, or otherwise?

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
