Windows 10: Reset Windows 10

I have some confusion regarding Windows 10 reset. Kindly suggest me the better solution....

Currently I have upgraded Windows 10 1803 to 1809. But facing different issues regarding MS STORE apps as I am unable to sign in in any MS STORE app. I tried different fixing solutions. But can't fix the issues. Now I am thinking to reset Windows 10. Here are some questions regarding reset kindly guide me.



After resetting will I get 1803 (previous) version or 1809 (present ) version??


If I will get 1809 version than is it safe to insall?? Or it still have bugs??


Should I go back to previous 1803 version?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
